Our Property Team, led by Frances Kennedy, advises both residential and commercial property clients, from the first-time buyer to the experienced developer. Our approach to any property transaction is proactive, transparent and solutions driven.
Buying or selling a property can be a daunting project. With the wrong legal advisors, the process can become drawn out and frustrating. We aim to identify potential title issues early so that they can be dealt in an efficient manner without undue delay.

Our contentious services include advising clients on any issues arising from the management of their properties, including dispute resolution, debt collection, the issuing of court proceedings and implementing re-entry by the landlord.
